General conditions of rent

  1. Occupation rented premises : The tenant will enjoy completely rented premises and furniture. The rent is granted for a stay which will begin and will end in daytime and dates indicated on the contract of lease.
    The tenant, the signatory of the present contract, can take advantage no in no event of any law for the preservation in premises at the end of the period of rent. The rent concluded between the parties to the present contract can benefit on no account in thirds, except agreement of the owner.
    The tenant has to indicate any interruption in the functioning of the services.
    The tenant will have to assure the peaceful character of the rent and make use of it according to the destination of premises.
  2. Nombre of tenants: If the number of tenants exceeds the normal capacity of holiday cottages ( 6 people), and without preliminary agreement, we reserve the right to break the contract or to receive an increase.
  3. Paiement: The reservation becomes effective since the tenant will have sent us a advance of 25 % of the rent (this deposit is to send in the next 8 working days the reservation, after this period the reservation will be cancelled by rights) as well as a copy of the present contract signed for acceptance. The balance of the rent will be to settle adjust at the latest 2 days before the date of the beginning of stay. A 800 euro pledge will be paid in the entrance into places. It will be paid off the day of the departure, the deduction made by the cost of the restoration of premises.
  4. Obligation of the taker : The taker will use peacefully the rented housing and the furniture and the equipment following the destination which them in summer datum by the lease and will answer damages and losses which could arise during the duration of the contract in the premises the exclusive enjoyment of which he has. The taker will maintain the rented housing and will return it in good condition of cleanliness and renting repairs at the end of contract. If objects appearing in the inventory are broken or damaged, the lessor can demand their replacement value. The taker can exercise no recourse against the lessor in case of theft and plunderings in the rented premises He will respect the maximum number of people being able to enter premises according to the description which was handed to him. ( 6 people maximum except dispensation for a child of less than 2 years in a baby bed) . The taker cannot oppose the visit of places) if the lessor or his representative make the request.
  5. Cancellation : Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter. In case of anticipated departure, for some reasons whom is, the total amount of the stay will be due. If the cancellation intervenes less than 4 weeks before the date of the stay, the total amount of the stay will be due.
  6. Price : They are established in Euros.
  7. Inventory of fixtures : Upon the arrival of the tenant and in its departure, an inventory of objects and equipment contents in the furnished flat, will be made together with the owner or his representative. Any complaints, concerning the inventory and the cleanliness of the furnished flat must be made within 24 hours after the delivery of keys. The rented property contains the furniture, the dishes, the bedding according to the description of the furnished flat. The tenant will be responsible for objects concerned the inventory and will have to pay off the price of damaged and so necessary objects their restoration. The tenant will have to indicate any deterioration or break-in arisen during its stay.
  8. Assurance : The tenant will have to make sure against the damage of all kinds susceptible to engage his responsibility.
